Custom Home Build

This home was designed by Brickstack Architects and blends together elements of mid century with modern design elements. The focal point of the home is the large screened in back porch that cantilevers into a dense mature grove of oak, poplar and pine trees. The cantilever design allowed us to keep these larger trees without disturbing their root balls, which gives the feeling of being suspend within the tree canopy all while having the comforts of home at your fingertips.

We were proud to enter this 3 bed 2.5 bath home into the 2019 Parade of Homes and were honored to receive the Silver level Craftsmanship Award. While the focal point of this house was the structural design and large screened porch the interior details were carefully crafted and executed by our team and trade partners. The interior included custom floor to ceiling cabinets, a custom made shoji barn door, and a beautifully executed cherry slat wall with a hidden door to the powder room. This home is truly one of a kind.
