We ensured the mature oak trees and azaleas on the property were protected during construction which left us with beautiful views all around. Designed by Rusafova Markulis the house is 3 bed 2.5 bath with a finished basement and lofted spaces in two of the bedrooms adding to the tucked away, and cozy feeling of this home. The upper level also features a window seat overlooking the living roof. This home received a Gold Level Green Built Certification.
