This collaboration with Josh Pettler of Pettlerworks Architecture is one of our favorites. Situated on a corner lot in the Malvern Walk community this custom home features unique architecture that stands out while maintaining the simplicity of a classic southern farmhouse. This house has two iconic gables for the two separate upper levels suites creating privacy in a 2,500 square foot house. The main level of the house serves as a fully livable space with a primary bed and bath, kitchen, laundry, office, vaulted living room, and screened-in porch. The focal point of the interior space is the double staircases highlighted by beautiful custom metal handrails. - We had a lot of fun working with our client and Pettlerworks to build this creative, innovative, and well-crafted custom home
